Excelsior Maassluis is hosting a Walking Football tournament for Stichting Ambulance Wens on June 4. Fourteen teams will participate in the tournament at Sportpark Dijkpolder. The tournament is an initiative of the Walking Football department of Excelsior Maassluis, which has been in existence for almost 10 years. The department has around 50 members and organizes weekly training sessions and tournaments. The tournament on June 4 is in support of Stichting Ambulance Wens, which fulfills the last wishes of seriously ill patients. The proceeds from the tournament will go to this foundation. The tournament starts at 11.30 am at Sportpark Dijkpolder.
